Don, I work at Microsoft and would love to have a chat with you about some aspects of records management and its alignment with some security technologies I work with. Any chance you can get in touch?

I suppose you know that the quality of the videos as well as the sound quality are pretty bad? I can hardly see a thing.

Yeah, Olga, I know. There’s not much we can do. WordPress (and YouTube, etc.) insist on limiting videos to a very small format. It’s frustrating. I tried to include some call-outs at critical points, but I’m not sure how much they help.
The good news is the original video was shot in a 1024X587 format. When I’ve completed all five videos, I’ll get them posted somewhere so our readers can download them and watch them in the best possible format.

Olga,
Just wanted to make sure you knew about my latest post. It’s a link to our corporate site where you can download our Lifecycle videos in their original format. Check it out on our blog homepage.
Cheers!
